My Weight Loss & Detox 30 Day

I have a lot of health issues...quite frankly too many to write here...I will tell you about some on them over the next 30 days...I won't bore you with them as I find it quite embarrassing to have so many health problems...

 

Being a business owner in the fashion, beauty and modelling industries for 44 years it has been and still is very hard to put on a brave face and look good while being in constant 24 hour excruciating pain...when I am out I usually can't wait to get home and collapse in my comfy chair!!!

In the last 6 months I have had some unexpected surgeries combined with my other injuries and health issues they have left me feeling very stressed, tired and my system all plugged up with anesthetic and worst of all I have put on weight due to not being able to do any exercise...which is very limited for me with my spinal, leg and foot injury on my right side.

So I have taken 'the bull by the horn' so to speak and am challenging myself to the 30 Day Detox & Weight Loss Diet. I researched many detox diets and I found the one that I believe will be the best for me as it is holistically, organically and scientifically proven to work plus it is all vegan - I have been a vegan since a small child - but many meat eaters do this diet with great results - after all it is only 30 days out of my life!!! I keep telling myself! hahaha!
