DELICIOUS WEIGHT LOSS CABBAGE SOUP

Need to lose weight in a hurry for a special occasion? Then try my delicious Cabbage Soup recipe. Within 3 days you will have a flatter stomach and within 7 days you can lose up to 4.5kg (10 pounds)! WOW!


You can eat as much of this delicious soup as you like for the 3 to 7 days, as it only has around 45 calories per serving (soup bowl).


You can also eat lots of vegetables, tofu, almond or coconut milk and other low calorie natural foods. PLEASE drink lots of water!!!


Cut out ALL SUGAR during this time!


Not a good idea to exercise during this time as you won't have the energy!


If you simply want a delicious hot winter soup, then this is great as lunch with some toasted ciabatta bread!


This recipe makes enough for me for a week.


Ingredients

  • ½ head of cabbage, chopped

  • 6 stalks of celery, sliced

  • 2 onions, diced

  • 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil or Rice Bran Oil

  • 1 tsp of minced garlic

  • 8 cups vegetable stock (low sodium)

  • 2 x 400g cans of diced tomatoes in juice

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • ½ tsp ground chilli

  • few shakes of black pepper

Instructions

1. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a very large pot

2. Add onions, and then celery & sauté until tender

3. Stir in garlic

4. Stir in tomatoes

5. Pour in vegetable stock

6. Add diced cabbage

7. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat

8. Simmer until cabbage is tender

9. Stir in oregano, basil, ground chilli, black pepper
