EASY TO MAKE PROTEIN BALLS!!

Only 67 calories each Protein Ball with NO sugar, NO Gluten, NO dairy, No GM...just good wholesome food that tastes so, so delicious!! You will have ALL your friends asking for the recipe, just like mine do!!

So here it is...


CRUNCHY PROTEIN BALLS if you prefer them smooth cut up in your blender

a. 3 types of nuts - I change every time I make them but my current protein balls have walnuts - Brazil nuts and almonds...just a handful of each or I like to buy those little around $2 packs from the supermarket and use the entire pack each time...it is up to you!

b. 2 x types of dried fruit - again this is up to your personal taste - my current protein balls have dried apricots and dried dates in them but I also vary this...

c. A cup of shredded dried coconut + another cup to roll the balls in

e. Water to mix


1. Chop up all the nuts and fruit by hand to create small chunky pieces

2. Put in and bowl together

3. Add the coconut

4. Add the Arbonne Chocolate

5. Stir everything together

6. Add water slowly to a wet mix that you can use your hands to roll into teaspoon size balls

7. Roll in desiccated coconut

8. Place on a tray that has baking paper on it and put in the fridge for one hour

9. All set and ready to eat!!!
