SPICED ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

I love this delicious way to eat cauliflower, the crunch and taste is amazing, it just pops in your mouth and so easy to make with added red onions and spices…


Ingredients

· 800g cauliflower, cut into small florets

· 2 medium red onions, cut into wedges

· 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil

· 2 teaspoons mustard seeds

· 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

· 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

· 1 teaspoon garam masala

· Salt and Pepper to taste


Prepare

1. Preheat oven to 180C

2. Line a large baking tray with baking paper

3. In large bowl combine all the spices with the olive oil

4. Then add the cauliflower and red onion and coat generously

5. Transfer to the lined baking paper tray

6. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper

7. Roast for 40 minutes or until the cauliflower is lovely and crisp

8. Serve on a platter or with other vegetables as part of your main meal


Whichever way to you to choose to eat it, it is simply delicious!
