These little gems and so incredibly delicious it is hard to stop at 1 or 2. I made some today as I find with my medications I require food in my stomach as the protein shakes are not enough because I am sick after taking my medications. So I made these yummy protein balls and voila a couple of these and I can take my medications as I have some actual food in my stomach.
Protein balls are raw, healthy, fat free, gluten free, sugar free and so yummy you feel like you are eating something naughty...but you aren't...great with a cup of tea or coffee.
Here is my recipe that makes about 30...
PROTEIN BALLS
Ingredients
1 x handful of almonds
1 x handful of walnuts
1 x handful of cashews (or choose your owe preferred nuts)
1 x handful of dried apricots
1 x handful of dried dates
1 cup of shredded coconut
Water (as much as required) usually about 1/2 cup
6 x scoops of Arbonne Chocolate Meal Replacement

Blitz in your Nutri Bullet or blender the nuts and the dried fruits (may have to do small batches at a time, I do).
Add water as required.
Put all in a bowl and stir in the shredded coconut.
Stir in the 6 scoops of Arbonne Chocolate Meal Replacement.
If too dry add more water.
Using your hands take small teaspoon size pieces and form balls and then roll in some more shredded coconut and place on a tray with baking paper on it.
When finished place the tray in the fridge for an hour to set.

5am: Chocolate Meal Replacement
7am: Aqua Jogging - 20 laps
8.30am: Floor exercises for 30 minutes
9am: 2 protein balls with cup of tea
10am: FIZZ drink for extra energy
12noon: Vanilla Meal Replacement with a scoop of greens
4pm: 2 protein balls with cup of tea
6pm: Dinner; Lentil & vegetable pie and salad
